Through Nourished Space Fiona is a passionate advocate for the potential of breathwork to support health and healing. Breath is a key pillar of a healthy life, and by connecting you to the present moment it can increase vitality, create clarity, move emotions. unlock and expand creativity. The better connected we are to breath the greater participation we can have in life.
With an abundance of training in breathwork (including Breath of Bliss Facilitator Training) and an honest and authentic guiding presence, Fiona is the perfect practitioner to guide individuals in how to utilise the breath more effectively for their own health, or to help groups to come together to share, reveal and heal.
Fiona is available for both one-on-one sessions, or can lead small or large groups in breathwork ceremonies, both face-to-face or online.
At Nourished Space Fiona uses plant-based seasonal produce in it's most natural form to truly nourish, and consciously minimise the impact on the land. Coming from a history of a complicated relationship with food, Fiona has compassionately developed a relationship with food that truly supports wellness and abundance.
Fiona grew up in a large family where watching her mother and grandmother prepare meals for family and friends to share ignited a life long passion of creating memories over meals. She went on to study at Le Cordon Bleu in London, and really reignited her love of simple produce with Matthew Kenney's Fundamentals of Raw Cuisine. She believes in eating nutritionally dense foods for longevity, wellness and sustainability.
Fiona is available to teach one-on-one, group or family cooking classes, or to coach people to achieve a better relationship with food and themselves. She is also available to provide nourishing catering for special events and gatherings.
Nourished Space yoga classes are all about finding the balance in the movement. Fiona encourages a gentle, day to day yoga practice that can bring clarity of mind, help shift emotions, and allow you to access the stillness within the present moment.
Fiona's has a long personal yoga practice which has opened her ability to participate in life in a more positive, present way. She has also completed teacher training through Peter Clifford's Anahata Yoga with in Thailand, and Mark Whitwell's Heart of Yoga in Bali, allowing her to develop a deeper practice, and bring that abundant knowledge to her classes.
Fiona runs group yoga classes at Wildwood, Federal and Byron Bay, NSW or offers support to individuals in developing their own yoga practices, with custom tailored classes, either face-to-face or online.

Fiona grew up in a large loving family in Brisbane. She had a successful corporate career, a wonderful marriage, four beautiful daughters, and a great life until she lost herself in the doubts and story of not being enough and had a breakdown, or “spiritual awakening”, that shifted her direction. This was the beginning of a new path exploring the things she loved to do, living a life of learning new skills, recovering and finding a deep sense of self care, compassion, grace and joy. She now helps others to uncover their own relationship with compassion through honestly sharing her experiences and her abundant knowledge of breath, nourishing food and movement. Fiona is a plant based chef, life coach, heart of yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, emotional anatomy consultant.
