Breath is a key pillar of a healthy life, and by connecting you to the present moment it can increase vitality, create clarity, move emotions. unlock and expand creativity. The better connected we are to breath the greater participation we can have in life.

With an abundance of training in breathwork and pranayama (including Breath of Bliss Facilitator Training) and an honest and authentic guiding presence, Fiona is the perfect practitioner to guide individuals in how to utilise the breath more effectively for their own health, or to help groups to come together to share, reveal and heal.

Fiona is available for both one-on-one sessions, or can lead small or large groups in breathwork experiences, both face-to-face or online. Breath is life and “the quality of breath determines the quality of our life” .

eat.

At Nourished Space Fiona uses plant-based seasonal produce in it's most natural form to truly nourish, and consciously minimise the impact on the land. Coming from a history of  a complicated relationship with food, Fiona has compassionately developed a relationship with food that truly supports wellness and abundance.

Fiona grew up in a large family where watching her mother and grandmother prepare meals for family and friends to share ignited a life long passion of creating memories over meals. She went on to study at The Grange a small cooking school in Frome, West of London in the 80’s where she was both a student and then a teacher. Fiona’s passion for food, seasonal, simple produce was reignited with Matthew Kenney's Fundamentals of Raw Cuisine. She believes in eating nutritionally dense foods for longevity, wellness and sustainability.

Fiona is available to teach one-on-one, group or family cooking classes, or to coach people to achieve a better relationship with food and themselves.

about Fiona

Fiona Galloway’s love of food and wellness started at an early age, growing up in a large family where conversations around food and wellness were a part of everyday life. Fi grew up watching and learning about cooking from her mother and grandmother both of who had, and still have, incredible kitchen skills. Fi was always destined to work between health and food so it was inevitable that she would one day blend her love of both to create Nourished Space.
