Smoothies and superfoods are a great way to fill up with nourishment to start the day or to take with you for the afternoon pick me up that you might need. Come and learn about what makes a great smoothie and how add on’s can give you all the nutritional value required to support you for the day ahead. I will share recipes, talk blenders, sugars, sweeteners, superfoods and all sorts of nourishment. You will receive a Nourished Space tote bag, recipes to take home, delicious smoothies to taste and a take home surprise. This will be a hands on practical 2 hour workshop that you can fit in after the night before or prepare yourself for the night ahead.
